This immersive, open-studio style workshop invites you to create, reflect, and connect while learning about the science behind artistic expression and emotional healing.

Together, we’ll explore how creativity impacts the brain, supports emotional processing, and fosters connection—while giving you space to express yourself through art in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

No artistic experience is needed—just come as you are.

Join us for a unique workshop exploring the neuroscience behind creativity—and how art can support emotional processing, stress relief, and self-understanding.

What to expect:

  • Open Art Studio Experience

    Begin by selecting your materials (provided by the host)—canvas, paints, sculpting tools, or other mediums—and settle into the creative space.

  • Learn the Science of Art & Healing

    As we create together, you’ll learn how art engages the brain, regulates the nervous system, and helps process and express emotions.

  • Guided Creative Prompts

    Optional prompts will help you explore themes like emotional expression, identity, and inner experience through art.

  • Artistic Expression

    Hands-on art experiences (no artistic skill required) in a supportive, low-pressure environment to create and reflect

  • Community and Story Sharing

    Optional group reflection time to share your experience, hear from others, and feel seen in a safe and supportive space.

  • Take-Home Insight

    You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your inner world, plus tools for using creativity as a coping and healing practice.

I’m a therapist specializing in creative healing, somatic & nature-based approaches, neuroscience and trauma-informed care.

My workshops focus on helping people reconnect with themselves through creativity, education, awareness, and experiential practices.
