What happens in your brain when you create?
This experiential workshop blends neuroscience, art, and community connection in a relaxed, open studio environment. You’ll be invited to work with paint, clay, or other materials while learning how creativity supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and healing.
This is not about artistic skill—it's about expression.
There will be space for optional reflection and sharing, but no pressure—come as you are.
No art experience needed. All materials welcome.
