This immersive, open-studio style workshop invites you to create, reflect, and connect while learning about the science behind artistic expression and emotional healing.
Together, we’ll explore how creativity impacts the brain, supports emotional processing, and fosters connection—while giving you space to express yourself through art in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
No artistic experience is needed—just come as you are.

Begin by selecting your materials (provided by the host)—canvas, paints, sculpting tools, or other mediums—and settle into the creative space.

As we create together, you’ll learn how art engages the brain, regulates the nervous system, and helps process and express emotions.

I’m a therapist specializing in creative healing, somatic & nature-based approaches, neuroscience and trauma-informed care.
My workshops focus on helping people reconnect with themselves through creativity, education, awareness, and experiential practices.

This workshop is for anyone who:

Enjoys (or wants to explore) art in a low-pressure environment
Is searching for clarity and connection
No prior art experience necessary.

The workshop itself will last approximately 1 hour, including time for creative expression and optional closing reflections.
The workshop begins at 2:00pm, Saturday July 18th, 2026. -
